Brookline Bird Club trip to Goat's Peak at the Mt. Tom State Reservation in the heart of the Connecticut River valley (9:30 to 1:45) produced the following :
Turkey Vulture 5+
Sharp-shinned Hawk 12
Cooper's Hawk 3
Red-tailed Hawk 4 (locals)
Broad-winged hawk 35 (1 kettle of 20)
Osprey 5
Marsh Hawk 1
Bald Eagle 2 adults---3 immature
Merlin 1
Kestrel 10
Northern Raven 2
Scarlet Tanager 3
Wood thrush 1
